PVE-S belongs to cross-linked film. Compared with PVB and SGP, it has strong high and low temperature adhesion, strong moisture resistance, high temperature creep resistance, stable edges of laminated glass, no delamination or re foaming, and obvious advantages in weather resistance. Has high strength characteristics, higher static load strength than PVB laminated glass: excellent low-temperature impact resistance, stable bonding force; The flame retardancy, flame resistance, and resistance to glass detachment are superior to PVB and SGP. It can be stored and transported at room temperature, and the lamination process can be directly rolled and laminated. It can be laminated by high-pressure kettle, with a wide process window and fewer bubbles; It can shorten the process time, produce at high temperatures, improve production efficiency, save energy and reduce consumption, and increase production capacity.
